Welche Daten wir bearbeiten
Wenn Sie das Formular ausfüllen: Name, Firma, E-Mail-Adresse, ungefähre Anzahl Karten, Sprachen, Ihre Nachricht und optional, wer Ihnen Kindwish empfohlen hat (damit wir uns bei dieser Person bedanken können).
Wofür
Um Ihnen eine Musterkarte zu senden und Sie zum Angebot von Kindwish zu kontaktieren. Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und geben sie nicht für Werbung an Dritte weiter.
Kartenbestellungen
Wenn Sie eine Karte bestellen: Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Namen und E-Mail-Adressen der Empfängerinnen und Empfänger, Text und Gestaltung der Karte, Versanddatum, gewählte Partnerorganisation und, falls hochgeladen, Ihr Logo. Wir verwenden diese Angaben nur, um die Karten zu erstellen und zu versenden, und löschen sie 30 Tage nach dem Versanddatum. Bestellnummer und Betrag bewahren wir für die Buchhaltung auf, wie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
Die Zahlung läuft über Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Irland). Ihre Kartendaten gibt Stripe nicht an uns weiter.
Dienstleister
Die Website wird von Netlify, Inc. (USA) betrieben; Formulareingaben werden dort gespeichert. Schriften werden von Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA) geladen, dabei wird Ihre IP-Adresse an Google übermittelt. Ihre Daten können deshalb in den USA bearbeitet werden. Unsere E-Mails laufen über Hostpoint AG (Schweiz).
Aufbewahrung
Wir löschen Ihre Angaben, sobald wir sie nicht mehr brauchen, spätestens 12 Monate nach dem letzten Kontakt, oder sofort auf Ihren Wunsch.
Ihre Rechte
Sie können jederzeit Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen. Schreiben Sie an hello@kindwish.ch.

Données traitées
Lorsque vous remplissez le formulaire : nom, entreprise, adresse e-mail, nombre approximatif de cartes, langues, votre message et, si vous l’indiquez, qui vous a recommandé Kindwish (pour pouvoir remercier cette personne).
Finalité
Vous envoyer une carte d’essai et vous contacter au sujet de l’offre Kindwish. Nous ne vendons pas vos données et ne les transmettons pas à des tiers à des fins publicitaires.
Commandes de cartes
Lorsque vous commandez une carte : votre adresse e-mail, les noms et adresses e-mail des destinataires, le texte et le motif de la carte, la date d’envoi, l’organisation partenaire choisie et, le cas échéant, votre logo. Nous utilisons ces données uniquement pour créer et envoyer les cartes et les effaçons 30 jours après la date d’envoi. Le numéro de commande et le montant sont conservés pour la comptabilité, comme l’exige la loi.
Le paiement est traité par Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Irlande). Stripe ne nous transmet pas les données de votre carte bancaire.
Prestataires
Le site est hébergé par Netlify, Inc. (États-Unis), où les formulaires sont enregistrés. Les polices sont chargées depuis Google Fonts (Google LLC, États-Unis), ce qui transmet votre adresse IP à Google. Vos données peuvent donc être traitées aux États-Unis. Nos e-mails passent par Hostpoint AG (Suisse).
Conservation
Nous effaçons vos données dès qu’elles ne sont plus nécessaires, au plus tard 12 mois après le dernier contact, ou immédiatement sur demande.
Vos droits
Vous pouvez à tout moment demander l’accès, la rectification ou l’effacement de vos données en écrivant à hello@kindwish.ch.

Quando compilate il modulo: nome, azienda, indirizzo e-mail, numero indicativo di biglietti, lingue, il vostro messaggio e, se lo indicate, chi vi ha consigliato Kindwish (per poter ringraziare questa persona).
Scopo
Inviarvi un biglietto di prova e contattarvi in merito all’offerta Kindwish. Non vendiamo i vostri dati e non li cediamo a terzi per pubblicità.
Ordini di biglietti
Quando ordinate un biglietto: il vostro indirizzo e-mail, nomi e indirizzi e-mail dei destinatari, testo e motivo del biglietto, data di invio, l’ente partner scelto e, se caricato, il vostro logo. Usiamo questi dati solo per creare e inviare i biglietti e li cancelliamo 30 giorni dopo la data di invio. Numero d’ordine e importo vengono conservati per la contabilità, come previsto dalla legge.
Il pagamento è gestito da Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Irlanda). Stripe non ci trasmette i dati della vostra carta di pagamento.
Fornitori
Il sito è ospitato da Netlify, Inc. (USA), dove vengono salvati i moduli. I caratteri vengono caricati da Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA), che riceve il vostro indirizzo IP. I vostri dati possono quindi essere trattati negli USA. Le nostre e-mail passano da Hostpoint AG (Svizzera).
Conservazione
Cancelliamo i vostri dati quando non sono più necessari, al più tardi 12 mesi dopo l’ultimo contatto, o subito su richiesta.

What data we process
When you fill in the form: name, company, email address, approximate number of cards, languages, your message and, if you tell us, who introduced you to Kindwish (so we can thank that person).
Why
To send you a sample card and contact you about the Kindwish offer. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
Card orders
When you order a card: your email address, the names and email addresses of the recipients, the card’s text and design, the delivery date, the partner charity you chose and, if uploaded, your logo. We use these details only to create and send the cards and delete them 30 days after the delivery date. We keep the order number and amount for our accounts, as the law requires.
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Stripe does not share your card details with us.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), where form entries are stored. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA), which receives your IP address. Your data may therefore be processed in the USA. Our email runs through Hostpoint AG (Switzerland).
How long we keep it
We delete your details once we no longer need them, at the latest 12 months after our last contact, or immediately if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@kindwish.ch.
